Purchasing a NanoPhotometer® puts in your hand the most advanced and best-performing instrument of its class. We are so confident that you will enjoy the new instrument that we are giving you two (2) weeks to experience your new NanoPhotometer®. Subject to these terms and conditions. Should you be unhappy with your instrument, you may return it to us within two (2) weeks from the date of delivery at your location.

We will accept your NanoPhotometer® for a full return if the unit:

• Is in new condition, without damage or abnormal wear and tear
• Has not been resold or transferred
• Has a warranty seal that is intact
• The same organization/department within an institution or corporation purchasing the unit has not returned the same NanoPhotometer® model for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase

To return your eligible NanoPhotometer® unit, please contact the Implen-GO Administration Team at administration@implen-go.com. We will provide the necessary paperwork for the return without delay (decontamination forms, etc.). If you are unable to return your instrument by the 10th business day after making good faith efforts, a request for extension of the return period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Once you have returned your instrument in accordance to these terms and conditions, you are eligible to cancel the return within ten (10) business days and reorder the same or similar instrument for the price originally paid. Shipping charges will be due for reversing the return. If you decide to order another instrument, you may not order the same model for a period 6 months from the date of the original purchase. However, you may order another instrument model at any time. If you are found to have abused this policy or have acted in bad faith, you will be prohibited from purchasing any instrument for a period of at least 24 months.

You will remain responsible for any consumables or add-ons you purchased while the instrument was in your possession.

This Money Back Guarantee is a courtesy from Implen-GO and intended to give you confidence in your purchase of a NanoPhotometer®. It is subject to any other rights you may have under applicable State and/or Federal Law. This policy is only valid for customers that hold a valid shipping and billing address within the United States and who have purchased the unit using a credit card with a US billing address. It is not applicable where forbidden by law.
