General Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Purchased instruments other than a NanoPhotometer® covered by our NanoPhotometer® 2 week money back guarantee must be in the unopened original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. If the original packaging of an instrument has been opened, we reserve the right to refuse a return or to apply a restocking fee of 200 US$. Instruments with visible signs of use or wear are not eligible for a refund.
  • Consumables that are not in the unopened original packaging are excluded from any returns. Opened consumable boxes that are part of an instrument package will be charged for at the published retail rate with the return of the instrument.
  • Originally paid shipping to HI and AK as well as FasTrack (expedited shipping option) is not refundable.

  • You will receive a prepaid return label together with a return number sent to the provided email address. For all returns the original packaging must be used to prevent transportation damages. Transportation damages are the responsibility of the shipper.

Returns for defective instruments are free, for all other returns we will charge a flat fee of 49 US$ from the 48 contiguous states and 119 US$ for returns from AK and HI.

After the returned items have been received and inspected for completeness, refunds will be issued to go back to the original form of payment. Restocking and return shipping fees will be deducted automatically from the actual refund.
