I have used the NanoPhotometer N50 for DNA analysis so far and I have no complaints. It’s fast, love the touchscreen and it’s very easy to save results.

The spectrophotomer N50 is perfect for assessing nucleic acids concentration, good reproductability and accuracy. It does not take a lot of place and seems durable.

The Implen N50 is the perfect solution for my DNA/RNA spectrophotometry needs. The batch export feature is great, and includes both an aggregate spreadsheet with all samples listed as well as all data curves in separate tabs. And you can’t beat the price; this unit is on par if not better than a Nanodrop for 1/3 the cost!
