Small volumes are no problem
This product (N50) is simple to install, and use. One of the best features is the really small sample volumes it can handle (as standard we use 0.5uL, but it has no problem at 0.3uL). It works just like a spectrophotometer (so you can look at specific wavelengths as well as use the pre-programmed methods like nucleic acid quantification) but it has the advantage of a very small benchtop space requirement. Highly recommended.
